Over the last few weeks I wrote all kind of replica watches reviews, some of them were good and others were really bad. When I started my review of replica-watches.biz I thought it was going to be a happy ending story. And it was, at least for a couple of days, until the Rolex watch fell apart.
Quality: Are These Watches Any Good?
Before purchasing one of their Rolex replica watches I decided not to be so picky and overlook the small flaws, if there were going to be some. My Rolex arrived without any inscription on the back but like I said before, I decided to ignore this flaw although, for some of you, this can be a big deal, enough to return the watch. The watch was flimsy to begin with so it wasn't a surprise to me when the bracelet broke after 3 days of wearing it.
The Site: Usability and Design
The site doesn't look awful but it's not extraordinary either. Besides the fact that they have just three photos, the watermarks on their pictures are too big and you can't see all the details of the watch.
Service: Is Their Staff Any Good?
They have a live chat system, which I must say, it's an improvement but the operator, Jack, is Chinese so he doesn't really understand English and his writing is annoyingly funny
Shipping: Is It Fast and Reliable?
The shipping is free and my watch arrived in 15 days, not 7 days as they advertise
Return Policy: Is It Reasonable
Here is the trick part…they have “10-day money back guarantee” but actually you have 10 days to ask for your money back, if the watch is in good condition. If it's broken, like mine, you have only 24 hours to let them know. Of course I had no idea that's how the return policy works before buy from them, so I can't return the watch after three days.
The Bottom Line
Some replica watches review leave me speechless and in some strange way, amused by the entire experience. The Rolex replica watches from Replica-Watches.biz are definitely not worth the money.
